A two-year assignment for a manufacturing change project at a major production plant involving organisational restructuring and the development of newly appointed line leaders. See case study.
This assignment was part of a British Government aid programme through the Department for International Development (DfID), using the Skillogy PERFORM® model for leadership development, as part of a multi-disciplinary policing development programme, at the country’s national Police HQ.
Highway Authority (Ethiopia)
Working with a leading international Highway Consultancy on this DfID capacity building programme, the Skillogy PERFORM® model was used to develop all levels of management from director to regional maintenance managers, involved in a number of major highway projects involving foreign construction companies.
