GLOSSARY AND SUPPORT
KNOWLEDGE INTO ACTION
The transfer of the knowledge acquired from a course is a critical stage in the development of your skills and abilities, aligned to your current and future work roles. What you have learned needs to be applied and practiced within the context of your work from this point forward. By this means, you will improve your own performance and level of competence. It takes commitment and time but the payback will be self-evident.
To assist you in this process, there are implementation guidelines which provide you with a series of action points for you to implement and practice, as part of your day-to-day activities. The development plans are designed to provide a framework for you to plan and track your actions, identify issues and problems and monitor your progress. All of these documents are available in the course tutorials.
This process should prove very effective in improving your work performance, as well as providing you with an important portfolio of evidence, on which to build your career development plans.

As part of this process we have compiled a Glossary of Terms, as an alphabetical list of defined terms, that explain specific aspects of knowledge, contained in the courses.
