3 key performance areas
Research was undertaken in 1996 to develop an ability model which would significantly improve individual performance in the workplace.
Based around some 250 inter-related characteristics and traits, that directly impact on individual performance in the workplace, these performance areas are considered to fall into three key main clusters.
From the core ability model, a Leadership Development Framework has evolved, containing 30 courses and 262 course tutorials from which you can select the most relevant human-centric skill development for individual and organisational needs.
